HGV Class 1 Driver

Driver Require, the local driver recruitment specialist, are seeking Class 1 drivers to work for our expanding client out of their Andover Depot on an regular / ongoing and ad-hoc basis.

Overview:

• Pure trunking with cages in 16ft double – decker refrigerated trailers
• 24/7 operation
• Day and night shift
• You will be required to work various start times between 11.00 & 17.00 and 23.00 and 04.00 so total flexibility is required
• Polite and professional transport team
• Use of canteen and onsite company shop
• Paid Breaks
• £20.01 Days Inc Holiday pay (£17.71 without holiday)
• £22.28 Nights Inc Holiday pay (£19.72 without holiday)
• Premium rates for Weekends (up to £25.40)

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months experience (a minimum of 60 shifts in the last 6 months required)
• Experience driving double – decker and refrigerated trailers
• Maximum of 6 points on licence and NO majors
• Must be flexible with working days and hours
• Excellent knowledge of Tachograph rules and manual entry procedures
