HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver

Driver Require is currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Water Tanker driver to join our client based in Burton On Trent.

This role will involve you delivering spring water in clean, nearly new HGV Class 1 vehicles with water tankers to breweries across the country.

HGV Class 1 Tanker experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

 Job Description:

• HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver for water tanker trunk runs
• 1 to 2 runs per shift, NO HANDBALL (you will need to connect pipes and operate pump, training provided)
• Varied start times across 24 hours
• 7 day operation
• Must attend 2 days training 

Requirements:

• Preferred 1 year tanker driving experience, but not essential
• Minimum 2 year HGV Class 1 driving experience
• No more than 6 points for minor offences
• No major endorsements - DD/ DR/ IN10/ TT99  NOT accepted

Pay Rates (PAYE ONLY):

Mon – Fri = £14.57* 

Weekends = £19.50*
