March Driver of the Month

Our Driver of the Month for March is John Palfreyman from our Ocado team. Praise was sent over from the Ocado Transport Team Manager after John helped a disorientated man on site. They shared:

"John was on a run to Park Royal and when he was on site he noticed a disoriented man wandering the site. John spoke to the man and recognised that he was clearly suffering from dementia and was very confused and upset as he had wandered from home and could not remember where he came from or who he was.

John made him comfortable and helped to keep the man calm and called emergency services and stayed with him until they arrived.

Had John not acted the man would likely have wandered back out of the site into traffic so please pass our thanks."
