I was initially contacted by the Branch Manager at Driver Require, regarding supplying us with HGV drivers. However, after speaking to the Branch Manager it became apparent that he would be able to help us with some C&D and 7.5t cover. The main reason for agreeing to work with Driver Require was the Branch Manager - he came across as knowledgeable and professional and someone who wouldn't let us down, so l agreed to give it a try. The drivers supplied by the team have been excellent and communication with the office has also been first class. Driver Require have not over-promised and we have ongoing confidence that they will continue to provide quality drivers.

We have been working with Driver Require for approximately 14 months, they've been supplying Class 1 drivers to us during this time. We have an excellent relationship and Driver Require are always very responsive to any requests or queries we send through. The quality of drivers supplied has always been of an exceptional standard, I haven't had one bad driver yet in the time of working together. I come from a driving background and have spent 20 odd years with agencies and have never experienced a better agency to work with than Driver Require.

We have been using Driver Require for a long time, I myself came through as temp to perm more than 15 years ago. We need reliable workers who can follow instruction to the letter with the complex needs of our company. The staff that Driver Require supply us with are good drivers that are very polite to the customers we see on a daily basis. Other companies have tried to gain our business but with the standard of drivers we get from Driver Require, we're not willing to change.

We were first introduced to Driver Require in September 2016. They made all the usual promises you hear from agencies and asked us to give them a list of vacancies we had and said they would cover them. They came back the same afternoon with full details to cover all the work and have been doing so ever since. We regularly use them for between 35-50 jobs a week. They provide reliable, professional drivers both for ad-hoc work and longer term vacancies.
