3.5 Tonne Van Drivers - Great Barford

Driver Require is looking for 3.5T Van Drivers who can provide a professional, friendly service, ensuring first class customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 years Multi - drop experience,  Excellent communication skills, Good attention to detail and previous experience in a similar role. 

The job requires you to deliver to construction sites across England and so you will repeatedly lift and move weighty, bulky items, safely, and carefully over a range of surfaces throughout your working day.

You will also be delivering to sites within London and other major cities, so will be dealing with all that city traffic entails, alongside a delivery schedule that is in line with the demanding time constraints that our customers expect from us.

Pay Rate (Including Holiday Pay)

• £13.78 PAYE
• £15.30 UMBRELLA

• 3.5T drop side vans with tail lift
• Average 5-8 drops per shift
• Daily starts between 05.00am - 06:00am
• Ongoing work 
• Monday to Friday 
• Average shift length 9 - 10 hours
• Can be heavy work
• Weekly pay

Ideal Candidate

• Customer Centric Attitude: Customer service is central to this role. You will be speaking to the customer on the phone before and at point of delivery.
• Must have no more than 3 points and no majors.
• Good Strong team player with a strong work ethic. 
• candidates need to be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving awkward, substantial, and heavy loads throughout the day.
