PAYE Day Pay Rates

Weekday: £205.00 (£230.00 with hols inclusive)

Weeknight: £230.00 (£258.00 with hols inclusive)

Driver Require are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a manufacturing company based in Lichfield

Main Responsibilities 

• Delivering to major RDC’s with some multidrop
• Ensure that daily vehicle checks are carried out and any defects are duly reported, ensuring the vehicle and its load are road-worthy and do not pose a threat to other road-users.
• Liaising with Customers  
• Abide by customers rules and regulations whilst on site
• Liaising with the Transport Team to ensure that they are kept appraised of the status of your delivery and whereabouts
• Effectively managing your driving time so that you don’t acquire infringements.

Skills and Experience Required 

• Ideally, over 2 years’ experience of driving HGV vehicles on UK roads
• Valid Full HGV Class 1 licence
• Maximum 3 points on licence with no major convictions (DD/DR/IN10's)
• Driver CPC qualification card
