HGV Class 1 Driver

Driver Require are recruiting reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing/ad-hoc work with our nationally known client based near Newmarket. Day/Night shifts available.

HGV Class 1 Driver role details:

• Flexible start times (pick your own start time)
• Working days: Monday to Sunday
• Weekend rates in place
• Average shift length: 10 -12 hours
• Minimum 8 hours paid
• Immediate start available

HGV Class 1 Driver pay rates

Monday to Friday:

• Mon-Fri days: £15.97 p/h PAYE 
• Mon-Fri days: £17.73 p/h Umbrella
• Mon-Fri nights: £16.98 p/h PAYE 
• Mon-Fri nights: £18.85 p/h Umbrella
• Sat £18.21/£20.21 p/h PAYE/Umbrella
• Sun/BH £19.61/£21.72 p/h PAYE/Umbrella

Candidate requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 Driving licence with no more than 6 points on license
  (no major endorsements)
• New drivers welcome (Subject to assessment)
• Flexible availability to meet shift requirements
• Good knowledge of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
