HGV Class 1 driver

Driver Require are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers in Wednesbury

This position is ongoing work, all year round with opportunity for Temp to Perm for the right candidates.

The role involving the transportation of steel or other metals using an HGV Class 1 vehicle. Extensive ratchet and strapping experience required. Current runs start time are between 13:00 – 18:00

 PAYE Pay Rates:

• Mon - Fri (06:00-18:00) - £18.50 per hour  
• Night rate (18:00-06:00) -  £19.50 per hour 

 PAYE Pay Rates (Including holiday pay)

• Mon - Fri (06:00-18:00) - £20.73 per hour including holiday pay
• Night rate (18:00-06:00) - £21.85 per hour including holiday pay

HGV Class 1 Driver Job spec: 

• Minimum 6 Months HGV Class 1 experience (must be in the UK) 
• Right to work in the UK
• 8 hours shifts with 2-4 local drops 
• Must be available to start between 13:00 – 18:00 Mon – Fri
• Ratchet and Strapping experience required
• Previous experience transporting steel/metal  
• Immediate start
