Driver Require is recruiting for Transport Administrator to work for our well-known client in Northampton(NN4) paying up to £14.57p/h

Pay Rates:

• £13.00+ Hol Pay=£14.57p/h
• Temp to Perm Position
• Monday to Friday( some weekend work required)
  

• Key Responsibilities 
  • Customer Service Excellence 
• 
  
  • Act as the first point of contact for delivery crew queries and concerns, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution. 
  • Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify service improvement opportunities. 
  • Support the implementation of customer service training and standards across the delivery team.
• 
  
  • Delivery Coordination 
• 
  
  • Monitor accurate delivery schedules and communicate updates to internal teams and customers. 
  • Liaise with drivers and depot teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. 
  • Track and influence delivery performance metrics, including on-time rates and failed deliveries. 
• 
  
  • Driver Engagement & Support 
• 
  
  • Coordinate driver briefings both in-person and by phone, and ensure all drivers are equipped with the necessary information and tools. 
  • Promote a culture of professionalism and brand representation among drivers, as highlighted in Delivering Excellent Customer Service 
      
• 
  
  • Error Reduction & Process Improvement 
• 
  
  • Identify and log service failures or errors across the delivery chain. 
  • Collaborate with operations managers to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions. 
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation in line with the Business Management System 
      
• 
  
  • Administrative Support 
• 
  
  • Manage documentation, including delivery records, incident reports, and compliance logs. 
  • Support reporting requirements for audits, safety reviews, and performance dashboards.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software platforms 
  • Able to analyse and interpret KPI data in a dashboard format

  Desirable Experience 

  • Previous experience in a logistics, transport, or customer service environment 
  • Familiarity with driver compliance and safety protocols 
• Experience working with delivery performance data and reporting tools
