Driver Require is now a Global Fleet Champion

As a company, Driver Require is working with Brake, the road safety charity and have now become a Global Fleet Champion with a view to raising awareness of fleet safety, promoting best practice and facing our corporate social responsibilities.

More than 1.3 million people die on roads every year. Many road deaths involve a vehicle being driven for work. Global Fleet Champions aims to help stop crashes and pollution caused by work vehicles.

Kieran Smith CEO, and Sarah Fowke Marketing Manager attended the Global Fleet Champions’ annual Fleet Safety Conference in Birmingham on 22 May, where leaders from across the fleet industry came together to share best practice in managing work-related road risk.

The conference, sponsored by Visiontrack was the first to be run under Global Fleet Champions branding since the campaign was launched earlier this year by Brake, the road safety charity.
