Good luck to our intrepid fundraisers Paul and Alex!

In just a few days' time, from 17-27 November, Paul Hartles (Southern Regional Manager) and Alex Raven (Driving Consultant) will cycle 450km – just over 279 miles – in the heat and humidity of the Far East in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

With over 17.5 million people each year dying from cardiovascular disease each year and expectations that by 2030 this will to rise to 23 million, Paul has decided to embark on this gruelling physical challenge to cycle from Vietnam to Cambodia to raise £3200 for the BHF.

“This is such a personal and meaningful cause and I appreciate all the support I’ve been given so far, as well as the sponsorship that people have so kindly pledged for this worthy cause,” said Paul.
