Thaw in UK labour market leaves employers scrambling to recruit staff
Driver Require quoted in Financial Times
Driver Require’s CEO, Kieran Smith, was interviewed by The Financial Times and featured in an article “Labour crunch singles longer term shift towards employees market”
The article centres on how employers are coming under pressure to raise wages and improve job security, flexibility and career structure after a thaw in UK labour market leaves employers scrambling to recruit staff.
